Where is my data stored?

All your data lives in your own Postgres schema, encrypted at rest. We never train models on your content. You can request a full export or deletion at any time with one click.

How accurate are the answers?

CompanyLore only answers from what it can retrieve. Every claim links back to its source — a Slack permalink, a Jira ticket, a PR. If the history is silent on a topic, it'll say so plainly instead of making something up.

Which models power CompanyLore?

You pick. We support DeepSeek, Claude Sonnet, GPT-5.5, and free open-source options via a dropdown in every conversation. Embeddings use OpenAI text-embedding-3-large by default.

Do you train on my data?

Never. Your data is used only to power retrieval and chat for your own team. Period.

How long does indexing take?
